This Privacy Policy describes how Limousine Job Scheduler ("the Application", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use our web application at https://scheduler.prestigelimo.com.sg/.

Limousine Job Scheduler is a job scheduling application for authorised limousine operators. This policy applies to all users of the Application, including administrators and drivers who connect Google Calendar.

1. Information We Collect

When you use Limousine Job Scheduler, we may collect the following categories of personal data:

Account information: username and bcrypt-hashed password, login timestamps, and login security data.
Job information: job type, date, time, pickup and drop-off addresses, vehicle type, price, remarks, flight numbers, and completion status.
Driver information: driver name, vehicle model, plate number, phone number, and payment details you enter.
Session and technical data: session identifiers, IP address, browser user-agent, and server logs.

2. What Google User Data Our Application Accesses

Google Calendar integration is optional. Our application will only access Google user data after you explicitly complete Google's OAuth consent screen.

When you choose to connect Google Calendar, our application accesses the following Google user data:

Google account email address — obtained via the userinfo.email scope, used to identify which Google account is connected in the Application settings.
Google Calendar event data — obtained via the calendar.events scope, limited to job-related calendar events that our Application creates, updates, or deletes on your primary calendar.
OAuth tokens — access token and refresh token, stored encrypted, used only to call the Google Calendar API on your behalf.
Event identifiers — Google Calendar event IDs linked to jobs in our database, used to update or delete the correct event when a job changes.

We do not access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts, unrelated calendar events, or any other Google services beyond what is described above.

3. How Our Application Uses Google User Data

We use Google user data solely to provide and improve the Google Calendar synchronisation feature that you request. Specifically, we use Google user data to:

Create a calendar event on your primary Google Calendar when a new job is added (for connections with sync enabled).
Update that calendar event when job details or assigned driver information changes.
Delete that calendar event when a job is removed from the Application.
Display your connected Google account email in the Application so you can manage calendar connections.
Add configured reminders (for example, 2 days and 1 day before the job) to synced events.

We will use your Google user data only to provide the calendar sync functionality you requested. We will not use Google user data for targeted advertising, selling to data brokers, providing to information resellers, determining credit-worthiness, lending purposes, user advertisements, personalized advertisements, retargeted advertisements, interest-based advertisements, creating marketing databases, or training non-personalized or generalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models.

Limousine Job Scheduler does not use Google Workspace APIs or Google user data to develop, improve, or train non-personalized AI and/or ML models.

4. How We Store Google User Data

Google user data is stored as follows:

OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted in our application database while a Google Calendar connection remains active.
Google account email and connection labels are stored in our database to display and manage connected accounts.
Google Calendar event IDs are stored in our database and linked to job records so we can update or delete the correct events.
Data is stored on servers used to host the Application. We take reasonable steps to protect stored data.

5. How We Share, Transfer, or Disclose Google User Data

We do not sell, rent, or transfer Google user data to third parties for purposes other than providing the Application's functionality.

We may share or disclose Google user data only in these limited circumstances:

Google LLC — we send calendar event data to Google's Calendar API to create, update, and delete events on calendars you authorise. This is necessary to provide the sync feature.
Hosting infrastructure providers — data is processed on servers that host the Application, under confidentiality and security obligations.
Legal requirements — when required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.

We do not transfer or disclose Google user data to third parties for targeted advertising, selling to data brokers, providing to information resellers, determining credit-worthiness, lending purposes, or training generalized machine-learning (ML) or artificial intelligence (AI) models.

6. Data Retention and Deletion of Google User Data

We store Google user data for a period of time that is consistent with providing the calendar sync service:

OAuth tokens are retained only while a Google Calendar connection remains active.
When you disconnect a calendar in the Application, OAuth tokens and connection data are deleted from our database.
Mappings between jobs and Google event IDs are deleted when jobs are deleted or when the connection is removed.
Account and job data is retained while your account remains active unless you request deletion.
Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and troubleshooting, then deleted per our hosting provider's practices.

How to disconnect Google Calendar:

In the Application, open Google Calendars and disconnect the relevant account, or
Revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

How to request deletion of your account and associated data: Email kebin85@gmail.com. We will verify your request and delete your account data, including any stored Google connection data, within a reasonable timeframe.

7. How We Protect Google User Data and Other Information

Security procedures are in place to protect the confidentiality and integrity of your data. We use:

Encryption in transit — HTTPS for all web traffic.
Encryption at rest for OAuth tokens — Google OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted before storage.
Password hashing — account passwords are stored using bcrypt; we never store plain-text passwords.
Access controls — application data is scoped to authenticated user accounts.
Protected configuration — sensitive server files are blocked from public web access.
Session timeouts — inactive sessions expire after approximately one hour.

No system is completely secure, but we work to protect data appropriate to the nature of the service.

8. Google API Services User Data Policy

Limousine Job Scheduler's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We only use Google user data to provide or improve user-facing features that you request.
We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements.
Humans do not read Google user data except with your explicit consent, for security or legal compliance, or when aggregated and anonymised for internal operations.

9. Cookies

The Application uses essential session cookies (PHP session identifiers) to keep you signed in. These cookies are strictly necessary for the Application to function and are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we change how our Application accesses, uses, stores, or shares Google user data, we will update this page and change the "Last updated" date above. Material changes may also be communicated through the Application where appropriate.

11. Children's Privacy

Limousine Job Scheduler is intended for authorised business users and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
